The oven has been collected around 11th January. We were informed we would get a discount into our standard bank account after the oven was collected. The manufacturers (Bertazzoni) stated that they it had been not their policy to provide refunds? Eventually after a lot of going back and forwards - they agreed to give us a discount. Eventually an engineer phoned us and said they would arrive and substitute the doorway, also though I experienced informed the Good Men that under no circumstances did we wish a repair or a replacement unit - we wanted a full repayment.

We consequently acquired no oven over Christmas and New Calendar year. We proceeded to go into the shop and were told we would have to wait for the producers to send out one of their support technical engineers. The oven internal door exploded Xmas day the same calendar year.
